All orders delivered in France benefit from free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
2. Return and Refund Conditions
A. In case of an error or anomaly in the order

Damaged or Non-Conforming Products:
If you receive an item with an anomaly (manufacturing defect, damage during transport, etc.) or an error (wrong product, contents not conforming to the order), please contact us as soon as possible. -
Free Return Procedure:
- Contact our customer service at contact@noiahair.com , providing your order number and describing the problem precisely.
- You will be provided with a prepaid return label so that you can return the product free of charge.
- In certain specific cases, a full refund without return may be offered after review of the situation.
B. In the absence of an error in the order (Return at the customer's expense)

Change of Mind or Return for Other Reason:
If the order is correct and you wish to return the product for a simple change of mind or for any other reason not related to an error or anomaly, the return is at the customer's expense. -
Using a Prepaid Return Label or Slip:
- In the event that you are unable to obtain a return label yourself, we can provide you with a prepaid one .

Important: The cost of the prepaid return label will be deducted from your total refund amount .
- For example , if the return shipping cost is €8 and the order amount is €50 , the refunded amount will be €42 .

General Terms and Conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition.
- Return shipping costs, including the cost of the prepaid return label, will be deducted from your refund.
3. Return Procedure

Send an email to beauteconcept1@gmail.com indicating your order number and the reason for your return. Attach any photos or documents illustrating the problem, if necessary. -
Receiving Instructions:
- For a return due to an error or anomaly, we will provide you with a prepaid return label.
- For returns at the customer's expense, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. If you have difficulty purchasing a shipping label, request a prepaid label from us; the cost of this label will then be deducted from your refund.

Return tracking:
Once the return has been initiated, you will be given a tracking number to follow the delivery of your package.
4. Processing Time and Reimbursement Procedures

Upon receipt of the package, our team will carry out a check to confirm the conformity of the return. -
Refund Timeframe:
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and validation of the return, or after a decision to refund without return in case of an anomaly. -
Reimbursement Method:
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. For returns at the customer's expense, the costs incurred (including the cost of the prepaid label) will be deducted from the refund amount.
